"According to a recent ATI-News/Zogby poll, undecided and Independent voters reject Obama's redistribution philosophy. (The poll surveyed 1,214 likely voters nationwide and has a margin of error of +/- 2.9 percentage points.)

ATI-News/Zogby asked likely voters: "John McCain and other critics say Barack Obama is heavily influenced by people and organizations which seek social justice through redistribution of wealth in America. Do you agree or disagree with efforts to bring social justice by the redistribution of wealth?"

By a more than 2-1 margin, undecided voters disagree with such efforts to redistribute wealth. In total, 57 percent of undecided voters said they disagreed, while only 24 percent said they agreed (19 percent are not sure).

A majority (52 percent) of self-identified Independent voters also disagree with efforts to bring social justice through wealth redistribution. Only 39 percent of Independents agree (10 percent are not sure).

For an example of how welfare rights "migrate" into a Constitution, one need only look at Venezuela and examine the handy work of Dictator Hugo Chavez.

Chavez's socialist revolution depended upon the organization of the poor into powerful institutions, which Chavez called the "tools for building socialism."

A report published by Israel Insider on Friday, October 24 included a captionless map that portrayed the area of the seismic event that occurred the following night, based on location information previously provided by the Iranian source.

Israel Insider's source reports that the test is in fact the second in a series. A 4.8 Richter scale event occurred on October 21 with an epicenter (26.70N, 54.96E) within 5 km (3 miles) of the October 25 tremor.

The source indicated that Iran is being assisted by China and North Korea. Israel Insider's Iranian source reports that two "nuclear rockets" have been completed and are intended for use against the Jewish State in the coming months.

The site of the test and the development facility are believed to be in close proximity. The location appears to have been carefully selected. The area is exposed to significant seismic activity, which could serve to mask nuclear tests, although the recent spike in activity in that specific area significantly deviates from historical trends. A tremor measuring 6.2 struck the area on September 10, 2008 (its epicenter was 80km or 50 miles due west), the largest seismic event in the area in more than 33 years."

Beauty Salon Shooting In Brooklyn

Gunman chased a guy into a Brooklyn hair salon and started shooting the place up:

"Two gunmen in Brooklyn killed a man and wounded four others — including an unarmed off-duty police officer — inside a Brooklyn hair salon on Monday afternoon, the police said this evening, in a revised account of the shootings. The gunmen were still at large.

Around 2 p.m, the men opened fired in broad daylight on a 19-year-old man who was eating cake with a friend on Fulton Street in Fort Greene, the police said. They then pursued him as he sought cover a few doors down, in the De Lux Gallery hair salon.

As darkness came on Monday evening, no arrests had been made, but investigators said the shooting was clearly a targeted attack.

A video surveillance camera showed the 19-year-old victim and several others scattering from in front of a store, “Cakeman,” as the shooting erupts. The store sells individual slices of cake.

Then, with bullets flying, the man fled a few doors east to the Delux Gallery.He ran into the hair salon, pursued by the two gunmen, who were firing. The gunmen shot the intended target — at least once in the head, the police said. He collapsed, fatally injured, at a point halfway into the entrance of the store - and in front of the store’s restroom.

“Based on how this guy is pursued, he is clearly the target,” said Paul J. Browne. “The others appear to be bystanders.”

Witnesses told the police that the two men fled the scene in a blue Chevrolet Tahoe.

Four other people were injured in the attack, including a 41-year old off-duty police officer who was sitting in a chair having her hair done. A bullet hit her in the right foot.

The other three shooting victims were all hit twice in the legs. They include: a 29-year-old female customer, a 52-year-old male employee, and a 52-year-old male who was outside the store on the sidewalk when he was hit.

The injured officer was not identified but was described as an officer in the 76th Precinct with seven years on the force, having joined in July 2001.

She did not return fire because she was not working and was not carrying her gun, the police said, clarifying early accounts."
