A Woodburn, Oregon piece of human poop was arrested for raping a 9 year old girl:
"Woodburn police arrested a man and charged him with sexual abuse after a 9-year-old girl's mother called them.
Police found 19-year-old Antonio Ballona (bah-YOE-nah), 19, at the victim's address after receiving an abuse call early Monday. Police say Contreras is known to the family of the victim.
Officers say they determined Contreras had had sexual contact with the 9-year-old.
Contreras was interviewed by police and charged with rape, sexual abuse and unlawful sexual penetration.
The victim was evaluated by a doctor and returned home to her mother."
Many times a room in a house is rented out temporarily to a newcomers fresh in from Mexico....many are criminals and they end up perpetrating crimes against the household they are staying in.
It's the second rape of a child in the area in the last 2 months.
